2021年8月30日，“律动浦江 共创不凡”杨浦滨江音乐文化活动开幕暨郎朗音乐世界正式启幕。上海市杨浦区相关领导，世界级钢琴大师、联合国和平大使郎朗，ZPERK董事长高峰等领导、嘉宾出席活动，在“十四五”规划开局之年这一重要时刻，共同见证滨江开发建设的蓬勃生机，上海杨浦滨江从“工业锈带”向“生活秀带”的蝶变迈入新的征程。

活动中，杨浦区妇女儿童工作委员会办公室，与上海郎朗音乐世界就共同设立的“杨浦滨江儿童友好公共空间示范区特色项目”正式签约，双方将在构建儿童音乐艺术学习和交流的国际化平台，开展儿童公益性音乐课程和活动等方面深化合作，为上海市和杨浦滨江响应联合国“儿童友好城市行动”号召，创建儿童友好公共空间示范区，开创特色的儿童友好型城市发展新格局，塑造安全、公平、民主的儿童成长环境而共同努力。

During the event, the office of the Working Committee for Women and Children of Yangpu District signed a contract with the Shanghai LANGLANG MUSIC WORLD on the “Yangpu Riverside Child-Friendly Public Space Demonstration Zone Project”, which will deepen cooperation in building an international platform for children's music and art learning and exchange, and carrying out public welfare music courses and activities for children. The two parties will work together to create a child-friendly public space demonstration area, create a new pattern of child-friendly urban development, and shape a safe, fair and democratic environment for children to grow up in, in response to the call of the United Nations "Child-Friendly Cities Initiative".

明珠东升处，春申江水来。2019年11月，习近平总书记来到黄浦江边，实地考察杨浦区滨江公共空间，调研上海城市公共空间建设。他指出，“人民城市人民建，人民城市为人民。在城市建设中，一定要贯彻以人民为中心的发展思想，合理安排生产、生活、生态空间，努力扩大公共空间，让城市成为老百姓宜业宜居的乐园。”

In November 2019, General Secretary Xi Jinping came to the Huangpu River to investigate the construction of public space in the Yangpu Riverside District. He pointed out that "Cities built by and for the people are called people's cities. In urban construction, we must implement the people-centered development ideology, reasonably arrange production, living and ecological space, and strive to expand public space, so that the city becomes a pleasant paradise for the people to work and live."
